As the direct marketing industry faces a raft of new environmental targets for 2010, ONEPOST, the UK’s leader in postal management and advice, issues a white paper revealing a unique insight into the views of consumers and businesses

ONEPOST has today issued a white paper which reveals the findings of market research carried out to investigate awareness and attitudes of both consumers and business towards the use of recycling messages on direct mail.

The research summarises the key issues facing the direct mail industry and notes that education is the key factor for both consumers and businesses to better understand and implement best practice.

The findings revealed that consumers were surprised that any company would not consider putting a recycle logo / message on their direct mail piece.
